FAQ

How many hours of portrait photography will I receive on the day?

The mobile portrait photographer does not charge by the hour. He will remain with you until completion of the required poses, this usually takes about two hours. The portrait photographer will setup the backdrop against which photos are taken and any necessary lighting. This setup usually takes about 15 minuets. All portrait photography is shot from one location, ideally from you own home, office or any other specified location, there are no hidden charges and no additional costs.

The portrait photographers are always unobtrusive, polite and well mannered.

When will I receive my portrait photography proofs and photo CD's?

All portrait photography proofs and CD's are sent to the client address within 14 days of the shoot date. Commercial / business images are sent within 5 working days.

Do your photographers charge extra for travel, hotel or car rental?

All charges are inclusive to one agreed price for the whole shoot. Absolutely no additional hidden costs or charges are incurred.

Where are you located?

Our studio is located in the Midlands, We travel nation wide and have portrait photographers located nationally for portrait, wedding and corporate shoots that cover England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Our photographers travel to the Midlands with no travel charge. Remote areas may require additional mileage charge, but this is agreed upon before the order is made.

Who keeps the wedding /corporate negatives and copyright?

All portrait, wedding and business clients receive the negatives and copyright with all portrait photography packages at no additional charge. The photographer does not retain the originals - we are happy to give them to clients at no extra charge.
